Hey guys, here are some basic things you need to know on the 6th and 7th of August!

1) We are really strict on registration. It opens at 8am, and closes at 9.30am. PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL, as any delay on the day would cause a delay in schedule.



2) Parking on the day can be found just outside campus area.

3) For institutions that HAVE NOT PAID yet, PLEASE PAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to CONFIRM your registration. We will post up a grand list of participants 2 days before the event so you guys can check.

4) WE WILL TRY OUT BEST TO END BEFORE BUKA PUASA, BUT THAT COULD ONLY BE DONE WITH COOPERATION OF ALL PARTICIPANTS TO BE ON TIME. PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL.

NOTICE

To all participants and would-be participants,


To clear off some confusion:


1) You are eligible to join just as long as you are born in the year 1993 to 1990.

*Please be noted that the age limit is now using the year that you are born in 1990-1993.
 If your BIRTHDAY ends with these years, you are....


ELIGIBLE
to join ;)


2) Payment should be made latest by tomorrow to avoid penalties. You are paying RM180 for a team who consists of two participants, a reserve and an adjudicator.
3) The third slot for participants in the online registration form is for the reserve speaker. This is optional. There is no age limit for adjudicators, he/she can be a student/ lecturer. No payment is required for adjudicator.
4) Breakfast and lunch will be provided for the first day, lunch and tea will be provided for the second day.

ATTENTION TO ALL PARTICIPATING TEAMS

Dear participants,

There have been a recent update regarding the date line for registration and payment. The date-line has been extended to 14th July 2011.   This is due to the lagging factors which caused the invitation letter to be received. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.



The same penalties would be imposed to teams registering beyond the deadline. The registration methods is still the same, which is via the online spreadsheet. *scroll down and you will see it. :)
